Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
- Coordinate repairs with internal teams and external vendors
- Manage budgets, control costs, and maintain records
- Oversee spare parts inventory and ensure safety compliance
- Monitor equipment performance and drive improvements
- Prepare reports and support capital projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- 7+ years in maintenance engineering
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Proven preventive maintenance and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with budgets and maintenance software
- Knowledge of safety regulations and technical drawings
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
